About How To Read the Bible for All It's Worth
How to Read the Bible for All it’s Worth-
Meets once a month, Monday nights from 7-9 pm, beginning January 13 until December 8. Meeting in the Community Center.
This course requires a lot of homework, most of it is reading on a daily basis. You will need to purchase the textbook (How to Read the Bible for All It’s Worth by Gordon Fee and Douglas Stuart, 4th edition) and bring your Bible to every meeting.
This is an adult beginning class in biblical interpretation, focused on teaching you how to read, and understand how the genres of biblical literature impact your study, and how to read in light of historical meaning, as well as life application.
Taught by our pastor, Dr. Hal Hester. If you have questions about this class you can email him at: hhester@vinelife.church
